Delete branch "codex/continuation-directory-scope-20260922"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Repairs the remaining governed continuation defect after PR #228. Trusted literal directory scopes are persisted with immutable workspace snapshots, additive replay backfills snapshots recorded by older runtime revisions, continuation/rollback admission consumes only snapshot-scoped proof, and candidate reconstruction replays the exact snapshot before validation. Local evidence: 87 relevant Steward/recovery/acceptance tests passed.
